Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over US$80 across North America. For orders under this amount, standard shipping rates will apply.
All orders are delivered within 5-7 working days of purchasing. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information.
Orders are shipped from one of our two distribution centres located in the UK and the USA. All Gummies are dispatched from within the United States, while Super Blends and Starter Kits are shipped from our UK facility. If your order includes a combination of these products, they will be fulfilled separately from their respective centres and may arrive at different times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking.
Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery. We do not require signatures upon delivery and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed or processed. If you no longer wish to keep the order, please view our Returns Policy for details on how to return your order once received.

Returns Policy
- The products are damaged or defective
- The products are in the same condition that you received them
- The products are unopened
- The products were purchased directly through dirteaworld.com
- The products are returned within a 30 day period from receipt in its original packaging.
Customers are required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over US$60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Gift Returns
If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who purchased the goods, via the original payment method.
Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift.
