Blue Light Discount: FAQs

WHAT IS THE BLUE LIGHT DISCOUNT?

A thank-you to the people who look after us. Eligible customers get 15% off subscriptions and one-off orders.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Anyone working in, or retired from:

• The emergency services
• The NHS
• The social care sector
• The teaching community
• The armed forces

WHAT PROOF DO I NEED?

Anything valid that shows you belong to one of these groups, for example:

• A work ID badge or staff card
• A professional credential or registration
• A Blue Light Card
• A recent payslip or letter from your employer

Please make sure your name is clear and visible. You can cover any other personal details.

HOW DO I APPLY?

Send your proof to hello@dirteaworld.com. We’ll check it and reply within 48 hours.

CAN I USE IT ON A SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. The 15% works on both subscriptions and one-off orders. Once approved, we’ll apply it to your subscription.

CAN I USE IT WITH OTHER DISCOUNT CODES?

No. Our system allows one discount code per order. If your Blue Light discount is on your subscription, no other codes can be added, including rewards scheme codes.
